Here's how to adjust margins in Google Docs:
You can adjust margins in Google Docs in a few different ways:
Using the Ruler: The easiest way to adjust margins is often by using the ruler. Make sure the ruler is visible by going to View > Show Ruler. You can then drag the blue triangles on the ruler to adjust the left and right margins. The small rectangle below the left triangle adjusts the first-line indent.
Page Setup: For more precise control, you can use the Page Setup dialog box. Go to File > Page Setup. Here, you can enter specific measurements for the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right margins. You can also change the orientation of the page from portrait to landscape in this menu.
Applying to the Whole Document or a Section: In the Page Setup dialog, you can choose whether to apply the margin changes to the "Whole document" or to "This section." The "This section" option becomes available after you insert section breaks in your document. This is useful for applying different margin settings to different parts of the same document.
